This is only the second time I’ve been to Ziggy’s.
I absolutely love it! We have taken the family there after a band concert, and tonight we played trivia! Our server was Riley. Super sweet. All over it. Obsessed…highly recommend this location !

Went there for their wings and cheese garlic bread. I went for the Caribbean Jerk Dry Rub wings. I asked for all flats, and that didn't seem to be a problem at all. I also asked for extra crispy on the wings.

Cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce was really good.

Wings came out, and I asked her if they were oven cooked, and she said yes. I asked her to ask the chef to stick them back in. He did. Waited for a good amount of time and was thinking oh these wings might be really dry. They were not. The wings to me were perfect.

The chef came out to see if I got what I wanted. I told him the wings were perfect, and if someone orders their wings extra crispy, then that is exactly how to do it. He chuckled and said he ran them through the oven 4 times! 425° for six minutes each time. I'm not sure if that oven was putting out that much heat because these wings were perfect to me. The pizza, salad and sandwich were so good. The waitress was so nice.
We would definitely return. But this restaurant along with 99.9% need to clean up better. I know covid is supposedly over but cleanliness doesn't cost extra. Walls by each booth need immediate attention

EDIT:
Reducing stars based on second visit.
Still a great tasting pizza, but an increase in price, and a decrease in toppings lowers the satisfaction.
I definitely understand inflation,
but if you're going to raise prices, then at least put keep putting ample toppings on.
You can't increase the cost, AND cut back on product, and still expect a high level of customer satisfaction.
Looks like the size of the pizza shrunk too.
Also, the person who took my order over the phone has the personality of a toothbrush.

Pro: absolutely delicious pizza, nice ambiance, ample parking.

Cons: very uncomfortable wooden pew benches.
"Cheesy" bread had very little cheese,
a ripoff at $8.

A lot of my foodie groups have praised Ziggy's as their number one favorite place.
Decided to check it out.
Got seated rather quickly, even though the place was absolutely packed.
Not a fan of hard, pew style seating,
Just so very uncomfortable.
It was a pretty simple menu.
We ordered the "cheesy" garlic bread as an appetizer, (took nearly 20 minutes to get it), and even though overall it tasted good (mostly because of the marinara sauce),
there was very little cheese,
and for $8, an absolute rip off.
Don't call it "cheesy" if you're going to sprinkle a few shreds on a piece of toast.

Both our pizzas were delicious.
Some of the best I've tasted here in Wichita.
Service was absolutely basic, asked the server for the bill, she brought it, then we waited over 15 minutes to pay... she never came back.
The temperature outside was 50°, but for some reason they had the air conditioning on high.
I was shivering.

Excellent service and great food. The Summer Brew (vodka/beer/lemonade) is always refreshing after a hot afternoon at the baseball complex down the street. Ziggy Bites are the perfect compliment to any of the cocktails or beers on the menu. Pizza is also excellent and the wings are the best in town.

Ziggys is an invaluable part of our west-side community. They offer great service, fun trivia nights, and delicious food. Recently, I experienced a mistake with my order. Not only did they fix the mistake, they did it free of charge! This is the kind of service that lets you know they truly appreciate your patronage.

Met my cousins for dinner everyone was happy with what they ate. That's not always easy! I had a wonderful pizza and all have half of it for another meal. Loved the crust! Mom goes for the Italian sandwich. This is now going to be on my Wichita rotation.

The pizzas good the waitress was awesome. She was working her rear off and still took very good care of us. Very polite. I will eat there again.
