Our pick-up orders here are hit & miss. There have been several mistakes 4/6 times going here. A couple of times, I had to drive back. At least, the times I have called (after speaking with the call center and waiting to be transferred), they have gladly replaced our orders. The pizzas are inconsistently cooked. Usually, it is not cooked enough, as if it is removed from the oven too soon. We decided to order well done, and it was so overcooked. It was dry. Another issue is air bubbles, which cause the toppings to slide off. Here's a pic of an extra large we ordered where only half was appealing. Most of the cheese slid to one side. The replacement we got was good, but the cuts were absolutely silly and some tiny! To add, when I returned for pick up, it was sitting on the counter for dine in, no box... getting cold. I think we're done with this location. Also, when I came to pick up the remake, no one was watching the oven as pizzas piled up and had major bubbles. It was Saturday evening, with only two employees! A cashier and one guy in the back. Very understaffed for a Saturday.

I have always loved Round Table, and this experience, food wise, was just as yummy as I expected. However, service and the actual restaurant interior left a lot to be desired. When we entered the restaurant, there was nobody inside except for 2 employees. The person who took our order was polite & at no time were they rude. They just made us feel as though we were interrupting. Upon entering and ordering, we looked around to grab a table and had a difficult time finding a clean one. There was trash and debris, not just on tabletops throughout the restaurant but also on the floor. I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times over the years and have never experienced this before, so i was confused. I assumed there had been a rush before we came in and that staff would take care of the restaurant now that it had slowed down, but in the time it took for us to sit, wait for our food (large pizza & twists), eat, get a box for leftovers and wash up the kids, not a single table was cleaned.

Crazy Good!!! Actually 1 of the best pizza's I've ever had from there. But no specials or coupons, she said they don't run them on the weekends. I found a $3.00 off which made a King Arthur's Combo $24.00.

You think the pizza is where it's at? My dude. Buy yourself an endless pizza bar for $10 and eat until your full and save yourself about 1000-2000 calories of sadness. Then come back here and thank me. Did I mention they have potatoe salad? Cause they do.

While we were there, a former employee came to pick up their final check. The manager was refusing to give it to them, even going so far as to hold the check above their head and wave it. Very unprofessional, and I'm not going to give my money to a business that openly disrespects former employees

Our experience wasn't as bad as some. We ordered online and our food was ready an hour later. We were quoted a half hour when ordering. There was a family there that ordered online at 4:30 for the pizzas to be ready at 7 for a party. They ordered 5 pizzas. At almost 8 pm, 4 pizzas were ready and they had to believe the store would refund the 5th pizza without any proof that the store would honor it. A girl quit while we were there, and the owner? Told the girl working the front to not take any more dine in orders. It was a mess.

Sold me old pizza someone not pick up!
I never will go back here. Frozen dough, scant tomato sauce- burned cheese. Ordered at 6:00 PM - pick up at 6:20pm for take out. Must have been leftover from lunch- in the warmer all day- so dried out maybe yesterday- so pathetic. They think I won’t be able to tell? Good luck!! No in-store customer would tolerate this-I would have walked out. Give me my money back!!

It wasn't that bad, but the pizza wasn't great and was really greasy, and the guy taking my order was rude. Overall, though, it's a clean place and decent enough if you just need a quick pizza.
