I used to work at Bertuccis when I was in high school. I now live in Spain but still make a point to come back and get the chicken and broccoli pizza. Gianna was also an excellent server!

Our server nathan was outstanding and extremely friendly. He was moving around quickly and delivered a great attitude. He is the reason for the 5 star. The food here is always just "okay" and i feel it's relatively pricier for what you get compared to other chains. But overall was satisfied.

came all the way from ny 2 try the amazing pizza! was pleasantly met by Nikki who put 1000% in 2 her customer service n on top of keeping our table clean n free from clutter! 10/10 going 2 make this my go 2 when in town.

This is my go-to place for pizza... a special pizza: large, extra sauce, 2 x roasted peppers, and sausage. Love it, but it's not cheap, so I don't indulge more than once or twice a month. And I love their rolls. I'll usually get a half or full dozen, which come with butter and a great dipping olive oil. I think Bertuccis has one of the best daccommodating.
crispy and chewy, same dough for pizza and rolls.
I only gave it a 4 star because I've been disappointed a few times that the crust is still raw in places. I know the extra sauce makes it take longer to bake through, but if I know that, so should the chefs, or they should check it. I just pop it in my oven for a bit, not a hard fix. But for the price of the pizza, I shouldn't have to.
I haven't had too many other things off the menu, but what I have had...their salads, various pastas has been reliably tasty but standard Italian fare.
The service, whether takeout, curbside, or sit down, has been pleasant and accommodating.
I usually take out, so I can't really address "atmosphere." other than I guess if it really attracted me, I'd do less take out and more sit down.

Ordered a calzone. 3 toppings gets you the minimum for $22. I ordered 4 more toppings and it came out to $29. Back in texas that would be a giant calzone. Not here. I understand with Biden in office and recovering from the pandemic it's gotten more expensive, but not that much. It was a tiny calzone and veggies are still cheap. Portion size is trash. I saw the pizzas too, all way too small.

Very nice atmosphere, fresh and delicious pizza/entrees and superb customer service from the waitress/ staff. Located conveniently on a main road near the airport. It was definitely worth a visit or come back to dine again. Sheana was wonderful and amazing!!
