The pizza is not New York style Pizza and!! it’s burnt. It’s not real mozzarella cheese. It’s disgusting. I asked for a Greek salad with feta and they gave me empty dressing container and the peppers, one was bitten. It was disgusting!!! do not eat here went in downtown Miami!!!!

We checked in the Hotel after the restaurant was closed. The Front desk Rep highly recommend we order from New York Pizzaa. Julianna took our order & I specified no olives & extra sauce. She said okay & needs to collect our credit card before delivery. Surprisingly our order was over $91 but it was our anniversary vacation & we were very hungry. Upon delivery I noticed olives on the Pizza. The delivery Guy said "he's just the messenger". We called Juliana back & she denied olives were on the pizza. I took a picture but she never provided a number for me to send them. She also said I didn't specify extra sauce when I reminded her she even repeated the order back to us. After putting us on hold they determined they wouldn't bring another order or refund any of our money's.. Very unfair, unprofessional and disappointing.

This was a weird "NY Pizza" experience ?. First off, the pizza was seasoned with taco seasoning (at least that's what it tasted like)! The chicken wings were "spongy" and didn't taste like chicken. The garlic knots were dry. I will say that the cheese sticks were good. Unfortunately, for this time, this was an awful experience. It was also our first (and last) experience.

Where do I start? We ordered 12 wings, sauce on the side. And fries. They told us they would take an hour or more. Which is understandable because it is definitely flooding outside. We had no way to get it ourselves as we are traveling from out of state. The flyer for the restaurant was stuck under our hotel room door, so unfortunately, we did not read Google reviews first. The food took much longer than a little over an hour. When I called to check on the food, the person who answered the phone mocked me at the end of the phone call. The food arrived and the gentleman delivering it was very nice. From what I saw the food should Around $20 plus delivery fee and it came out to 30 and we added a tip so it seemed more expensive than what it was supposed to be. We opened the food and the chicken wings looked OK. Instead of them having buffalo sauce on the side, it was little little packets of hot sauce. And they gave us one little packet of ranch that you would get for a salad. The fries were soggy, kind of to be expected. But the wings, as we got further into them seemed very mushy and misshapen, and not like wings at all. They still had the little feather pieces on them and were shaped like nothing I’ve seen before. We definitely did not finish eating it as we were grossed out. This will be the last time we order from New York pizza kitchen.

Food was HORRIBLE. They messed up the entire order put items on my sandwich I request be removed i said NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO and FRIED ONIONS and it had no mayo no ketchup no NOTHING, DRY. My best friend ordered Buffalo wings with Sauce on side with ranch dressing they sent her plain breaded wings no sauce no dressing. I called and they said they would send out a new order but of course they didn't. Worse $40 ever wasted DONT DO IT save yourself

Just avoid this place. Minimum order amount is $20, PLUS they add a 7 dollar delivery fee, then an answering the phone fee, then taking your order fee. Somehow my $20 order for a burger and garlic rolls turned to $33.00, without anything to drink with it. They definitely are trying their best to rip off weary travelers.

Got to our hotel at 1AM. This was the only place available to us. We were grateful they delivered but man the pizza was not it. Super thin crust with no flavor and the cheese was super salty. And to top it off I asked 3 times to include plates and we didn’t get any.
