Upon entering Pieology in Dublin, California, I embarked on a culinary journey that left my taste buds delighted and my appetite thoroughly satisfied. Opting for a thin crust masterpiece, I selected a unique combination of flavors: Garlic Herb butter with olive as the base, adorned with a tantalizing layer of tomato sauce. The fusion of mozzarella cheese and ricotta provided a creamy texture that harmonized perfectly with the black olives, bell peppers, chicken, artichokes, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Accompanied by a side of ranch for a classic touch and the intriguingly spicy Hot Honey sauce, every bite was an adventure in taste. Donald S. provided poor customer service. I ordered take out online, at checkout it prompted me to enter my Gift card. I entered it and also my credit card for the remaining balance. When I picked up my food, I wanted to make sure the Gift Card was charged for the amount instead of my credit card. Donald confirmed that the whole amount was charged on my CC. I then told him if he could please refund me the $25 that was charged on my CC and charge the GC I have. He said "No, I can't do that, because you ordered online" . I then asked if he can void the online order and ring me up again so I can use my GC. He said fine. He rings me up, but then has a different total because the online order gave me a $5 credit for signing up and placing my first order. He was not happy that the transaction was an inconvenience to him. (there was no customer when I got there and none behind me the whole time), he said he can't give me what I ordered for the same price. He was not flexible to the situation at all. I told him to take off the cookie and brownie on the order then.
As a first time customer at Pieology, I would not recommend this place, if they treat their customers like this. I just expected to get what I ordered for the same price. Not my fault that the online ordering is flawed to capture the gift card that was entered. Donald S. maybe you're having a bad day, but you are making a negative impact to the organization you work for.

This place is somewhat hidden from the road, depending on which street you drive on. Anyways, I went this evening and it wasn’t busy. Clean and tidy restaurant with great service. We were in and out within about 10 mins or so. I haven’t been to this establishment in some years so it was nice to visit and still receive the same service.

Being able to build your own pizza is a great experience because we can choose all the toppings we want and get the pizza incredibly fast. There is plenty of parking.

We had a good experience our first time here. The price added up a bit but the ingredients seemed really fresh and the customer service was good. The deep dish takes a little longer to cook but it was good. We actually preferred the other crust though by a small margin.

We've gone several times. Up and until recently. They are the closed make your own pizza and it's pretty good but Blaze is way better. Especially the servers, topping options, and value. Ps. Thin crust is always burnt. Have to get high rise crust.

Pizza was great and moderately fast. You tell them what you want on your pizza and they make it in front of you. Sometimes understaffed and need more people. Why no one ever here tho
