I have been coming to Pizza connection since I was a little kid. I’m never had bad service until this past weekend. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food had to walk up to the counter and asked how much longer my food would take. The people that ordered behind me got their food then I get the food and it’s burnt and in my daughter spaghetti, there was a huge bay leaf, which for a kid that’s traumatizing and one of the associates delivering the food to the floor was drinking ( alcohol beverage )behind the counter. This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received from pizza connection. Really sad that it’s going downhill.

My husband took a trip down Memory Lane while I got to try Pizza Connection for the first time while in town for Thanksgiving to visit family. It is his and his best friend's favorite from their teen years, and I can see why! The pizza was delicious without being greasy, and the sandwich was tasty. Prices were reasonable and servings appropriate. Unassuming decor but definitely a well loved community favorite, it seems! Look forward to visiting again when we fly back down.

Had high expectations due to word of mouth. Pizza was decent but not wow. The crust was good but cheese was light and sauce heavy. I'd eat it again but not choosing it if asked to pick.

The BEST pizza hands down…crispy crust…proportioned sauce good amount to chicken on bbq chicken pizza and their wings try the hot honey gives you that sweet and savory but gives a kick of heat…and the cookies oh myyyyyyyy warm and sweet just right I will be ordering again tell them I sent you! Cole the owner also very very professional

The staff, when entering and taking an order, was great.She was very nice and had a smile on her face, and she was polite. However, while waiting for our pizza.I noticed that no one wore gloves. Everyone was handling the pizza with their bare hands. I watched the same guy who started with the pizza, answered the telephone , and then went back to the pizza. Disgusting
My boyfriend insists it must be an amazing pizza, seeing how many people were ordering. He was excited to order the Italian steak sandwich, too. So we ordered. Our wait was over an hour. If I knew they sold beer, I might have ordered that to kill that time, but there were no drink selections offered, so we went with the tea. Anyway , the food finally came such a disappointment. Canned mushrooms on the pizza gross. The crust was thin and crunchy, and that wasn't too bad. The sauce was bland. I watched the guy pour alot of garlic powder on the paper board then lay the dough on top of that (before he answer the phone bare handed) so I got a mouth full of the dry garlic seasoning with every bite. Also, it's not tasty. And let's not forget the steak sandwich.
It was like a frozen salisbury steak patty without the sauce. The bread had a thin layer of what i'm guessing was tomato sauce. But the sandwich was dry.It looked like something that you would get in a cafeteria. Was not good, and we left most of it (NOTHING TOGO)
To say it was such a disappointment, and even 5 days later, we are still talking about how awful our experience was. It's definitely a one and done for us!
