Asked for deep dish when I called she kept repeating pan I said deep dish,they gave me pan pizza, n then said 25%off on all pizzawell she lied about there price but the manager gave me free fries to try to say sorry. when we got home we called about the incorrect pizza! they were arguing saying that a deep dish pizza is pan pizza.…no its not. We in Chicago u should know what it is when someone asking for a deep dish pizza not pan

Pizza nova needs to offer more specials and new items to their menu because everything is so expensive and the portions are so small would be nice if pizza nova adds a desert menu featuring all kinds of delicious sweets and shakes and cakes fresh made cookies etc… that way if someone wants dessert after they eat they can choose what they like and order something sweet to complete their meal.

I would give the place a 0 stat rating but the least I can give is one. I ordered a pizza once after a long day after work. I ordered a pizza and I guess I fell asleep so I did not heat my phone and have no doorbell. I decided to call and offer to pay for the.ordder

Got a pepperoni slice cheese fries and a soda for a little under $11. Cheap food and I only waited about 3 minutes. Cheese fries came out hot which was great and the slice was nice and warm along with it being crispy. I will be returning

Ordered for lunch our usual order half veggie and half Hawaiian pizza. The pizza came in with half veggie pizza on top Hawaiian pizza (same side of the pizza) the other half just cheese. Called to let them know my order was wrong and the same lady who took the order said that’s the way I ordered (super rude). I tried to call again to speak with a manager and she answered the phone acting like a manager and giving a different name, continue to argue that’s how I ordered the pizza. Potential customers be aware very poor customer service.

I always order my pizza from this location till one day I tried to place an order and the person on the phone said “we don’t deliver to that address anymore”. This made me confused because I’m obviously paying for it and never had an issue with placing a delivery. Pizza nova lost a client ✌?
