The place definitely lived up to the hype of serving the most authentic and amazing pizzas. It was juicy and flavorful unlike the typical Dominos ones that we are used to. The tomato base was heaven. Had ordered only non veg, so not sure about the veg options. Even the Salmon salad and the Pesto spaghetti balls were good. Ambience gives you a feel of Goa. Difficult to get a table immediately, so always better to book in advance. Service was pretty fast. Definitely a heaven for pizza lovers...do check it out!

This was the second time we went to Susy's after knowing about being among the 50 best pizzas in Asia Pacific. 1st time the restuarant was closed by the time we reached. So after a waiting time of 50 mins we got the seats. The service was quick, the staff are polite and ambience is pleasant. Well about the Pizza. We had a veg and meatballs pizza in tomato sauce. The pizza corners are heavy and base is thin so its makes one full. The pizza is no doubt among the best I ever had but probably equal to pizza by the bay in Mumbai. Though Susy's pizza is original Italian taste and feel whereas Pizza by the bay is more Indian. The taste is quite good, the cheese tastes fresh as well as sauce. I am a food reviewer so I like making comparisons with other outlets. I can say for sure that it is among the best but need to taste few more types of Pizzas here to really make a decision if this is the best I had. Will edit the same if I feel.

The pepperoni pizza is such a disappointment.

They hardly put any pepperoni on it, it comes shredded and so lil amount of pepperoni that the tomato base over powers it. When asked for pepperoni, the waiter told us to order Diavola.

Only after getting the order on the table did we realise, it’s not your usual pepperoni and hardly any of it.

We ordered all that was recommended.
Only Arancino (fried pasta balls) was good, rest all was so run of the mill.

Again a brand made on PR and Instagram marketing. I bet their repeat rate is doubtful.

Also I gave the feedback on the pepperoni pizza to Vivek, the person in charge of the floor, he was clueless.

The other pizza Ortolana, vegetarian, was so watery with the topping, the pizza got all soggy by the time it was polished off.

Guys pls up your game, take more money, but be generous in your toppings.

The table next to us was a couple with a daughter, they also were dissatisfied, we shared a hello with the table next to us and had a similar conversation, the food is hyped up, entirely built on a good PR narrative.

Such brands don’t last long.

Now wait for an attitude filled reply from the brand as is their general trend to with all REAL feedbacks.

Went to this famous place, found it a little overhyped though.
We tried their classic margarita pizza , which was good
Tiramisu is something which shouldn’t be missed !!

They serve alcohol as well.

Also, please book your seat 1-2 days in advance

The best pizza of my life. True to its cuisine and the best tasting authentic pizzas. Try tomato based pizza and spinach ricotta along with variety of kombuchas. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick. This is my third time and it surprises every time

Went to this place on 9th June and was very excited to visit as I personally love Neapolitan style pizzas and on top of that, this place is supposed to be the best in India.
After going in, we were seated at our table and the order was taken.
For starters, we had ordered “Not an Arancino” and for pizza, we had ordered “Funghi”.

While the dishes were definitely authentic and “Not an Arancino” was tasty and fresh, there was an issue with the pizza.

The pizza was very soggy when it arrived at the table (even if it doesn’t look like that in the picture). When I asked one of the personnel about it, he acted like we don’t know how Neapolitan pizzas are and started giving me an explanation about how it became soggy because of staying on the table for so long (which wasn’t the case at all) and while I was not satisfied with either the pizza or the explanation, he didn’t care to take any feedback or ask for a replacement (That’s the least your esteemed pizzeria could have done).

While I firmly believe this is an establishment of fine stature (that’s why the high price), complacency should have no place in it. I hope the management takes my review for what it is rather than responding as if I’ve sinned by addressing a problem.

The ambiance of the place is very good but if will talk about the food it's average. You may give it a try if I like to have heavy on cheese pizza

it was in my list since 6 months and i got a chance to visit it yesterday . I really enjoyed the pizza for which i was there , but speaking truly i have experienced a better pizza than PIZZERIA DA SUSSY in surat . Vegan option are limited . price doesn’t matter it was fair , but my pizza misses the outer crunch .Still it was an good experience .
