Aber was das Lokal anbietet ist wirklich gut. Die Pizza ist kross, saftig u. schmackhaft belegt. Das Restaurant sehr gemütlich. Empfehlenswert.

First time visiting while on our honeymoon and we had such an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and so personable, there's light jazz playing through the restaurant, comfortable seating, delicious food, and of course that beautiful oven! Simple, quality ingredients made for such an incredible meal. We had the Caesar salad, the Mama Mia pizza, and the Margherita pizza. Every bite was packed with flavor! The dressing for the salad is made in house, lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the perfect ratio of croutons. Fresh bread with olive oil for the table. The red sauce has the perfect hint of sweetness to it and the crust, the crust has the right amount of saltiness to it. Could not have asked for a better meal or overall experience! Plus, the owner is so so kind, making pizzas, chatting with guests, and seating them when the rest of his staff is helping other patrons. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality wood fired pizza, you can't go wrong with anything here! We'll definitely be returning!

Pizzeria Posto is a solid spot for pizza lovers! The crust here is absolutely fantastic—perfectly crisp on the outside with just the right amount of chewiness inside. The toppings are top-notch, too. They tasted super fresh and well-balanced, with each ingredient really shining through. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients.

Service-wise, it was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering too much. It’s the kind of place where you feel well taken care of but still get to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re looking for a place that nails both crust and flavor, Pizzeria Posto is definitely worth a visit!

As residents of central Jersey and the Princeton area, we are spoiled for choice in terms of pizza options.
Today, at Pizzeria Posto Rhinebeck we were taken aback with how surprised we were with the quality of the pizza. Of all the pizza we have had in the last year or so, there is none that can beat the crust of Pizzeria Posto. It was thin and crunchy and had no portion that felt under or uncooked. This is probably not surprising cause even the dough is prepared in individual containers and we witnessed Patrick dumping one serving into the bin cause it did not meet his exacting standards.
Congratulations to the entire team. We will be back.

Really delicious pizza in a charming location. It was crispy, the right amount burnt and had a good balance of toppings.

I recommend the Mediterranean salad, and any pizza with arugula on top of it. The margarita was a good classic margarita. I do think the terra bianca could have had a bit more flavor, perhaps a zestiness or mushroom taste.

The staff was kind and accommodating to guests and i enjoyed the included bread

I have eaten in a lot of pizzeria in my life around the world but have to said this one is almost #1. First the atmosphere it so welcoming, the oven is In the center of the restaurant so u see when ur pizza is put in the oven. Then the ingredients taste fresh and top notch.. the mozzarella cheese was excellent they don’t cut corner here .. we order almost all the pizza in the menu and everyone love ❤️ each one .. just wish prosciutto would be one of the extra topping and tiramisu as a desert but that just my recommendations.. place it above 5 star ? owner and waitress are so nice ?

Portnoy undersold this place. This is a mid to high 9 at minimum! Super fast and courteous service. Talked to the chef/owner for a bit, great convo about Pizza spots we have all tried across the NY / NJ area (always great to calibrate with Pizza wizards)! Learned a lot about their style too- wood fired but not your double zero, soft and chewy dough/crust that ends up making people leave it behind (side note, in my mind if you don’t eat the whole slice, it was not a great pie). Back to the topic: they use American flour so it has a little bite but also can get crispy and hold itself together. I personally love a tiny bit of char on my crust and not on the cheese- this place delivers!

Great people, great food. And we walked way bellies full, souls nourished AND with some recommendations back in NJ where we live- how’s that for a culinary experience?

Delicious oven brick pizza. We had the Mediterranean salad and Grana Padano pizza. They were both really tasty. You could taste the good quality of the tomatoes and cheese in the pizza. The crust was thin, crisp and very tasty.
