Wir könnten gar nicht aufessen, soviel und so gut belegt war die Pizza. Bekamen auch gleich Karton zum mitnehmen. Personal war überaus freundlich und erklärten uns alles. Vielen lieben Dank, kommen wieder.

Rico's pizza is amazing my first time ever going and will not be my last for sure... we had a soccer game party there last night.. the staff is amazing the bathrooms were cleaning and stocked and smelled clean... goood job thank u staff for all ur hard work they were courteous helpful I just love this place and there food is amazing also the price for wat u get is amazing great place come and bring ur kids they have 5 t.v screens on games different parts of the restaurant they have games for the kids it's really family oriented

My sweetie grew up here and swears by this place. It probably would have tasted better if we didn't have to wait just shy of an hour for our food, 2 topped pizzas, and a large order of wings... we were starving and excited to get here just to watch 13+ employees l?k busy. We had a whole hour and fifteen minutes to watch them.
She wants to go back. we'll go, but that sucked. It was not busy except for behind the counter. We are from 3 different states, and y'all just, hey, whatever....
I don't know.

My fiancé and I love this place. Their pizza is always good and even good the next day. They just don't have the best customer service and half way through us eating our meal they turned on music which I don't mind but it didn't need to be as loud as it was. There was maybe 5 total customers including us. I don't wanna have to yell to have a conversation while trying to enjoy my meal

It was lunch day for the office, and we had a coupon for this location, with that and with previous experiences in SoCal...why not?

We ordered the Party size Supreme, the 26" for pick-up, in 45 minutes.

When I arrived, the location was mostly vacant aside from the employees and the one other customer, and I was a bit early and wasn't concerned about any wait.

The place is HUGE! There are plenty of tables for any size of group you'd like to bring, and a semi-private back area. The door to the men's room was propped open due to the floor being mopped recently. Good thing there are stalls out of public view.

There were plenty of large televisions, and during my visit, there were three viewing choices.

The staff was courteous and seemed already busy, just around 1100 am. on a Thursday.

The pizza was not as cooked as it should have been, not that anything was raw, the cheese on the top, was just barely melted and a large portion of the large amount of green bell peppers were only partially cooked due to being piled in the center of the pie. If the toppings were spread out more and cooked a bit longer, it probably would have worked out better.

The crust? There wasn't enough dough to be stretched that much and was mis-shapen, and in some places, superduper-dey-duper thin.

Overall, we were pleased with the order and service.

Walking up to the doors,through a cloud of smoke with the smokers right next door from the poker place is disgusting af. You can’t smoke 50-100ft from the doors of a business, and theirs a bench literally right next to ricos, where all the pot/meth/heads light up. And they do light up anything and everything. Place was good but time to find a new place. New pizza factory opened up on fulkerth so time to go there.

Today my siblings and I decided to stop by to get lunch before heading to the theater to watch our movie, and being our first time there I must say the customer service was one of the worst we've ever experienced. They didn't greet or welcome you when you entered. The cashier taking our order by the name of Erika was rude not friendly at all. We proceded to place our order and she didn't even give us our cups to get our fountain drinks. They brought us a wrong order which then was corrected. But even the gentlemen bringing the order did not have a friendly or good attitude he just dropped the order at the table without saying anything at all. Honestly the pizza, fries and wings weren't bad but the customer service was the worst customer service we've experienced. It seemed as though all the employees were not friendly at all. Due to this bad experience we would not recommend and we will not be returning again due to bad customer service.-?

Had lunch here and they had Gluten Free Pizza ?!
It was tasty and delicious. The service was fast the staff was friendly. It’s a great place for kids they had plenty of room for big families.
