The hostesses seemed more concerned about their gossip than anything else, not understanding how to serve guests, and have decided that whipping around the restaurant seating people as a whatever task is the way to go to get back to the gossip session behind the hostess podium. Location is a bit odd on the second floor of a plaza. Server was quite nice; however the menu I had to view was quite shocking. Take a look at the attached pictures. Come on… Throw the old menus out. My wife ordered soup and confirmed that it was good, and the bread that is complementary was good as well. My meal was the steak dinner. Steak was tasty and cooked the way it should have been, but the cheap sides of tater tots and onion rings were overbearing, and the steak was small. Gnocchi was served as well, but was not flavorful with the sauce they provided, more like pasta dough balls with tomato. I won’t be returning anytime soon. In reality with some more training of workers, focus on some updated restaurant property and slight reworking of dishes this would be a decent restaurant.

We stopped and ate here when in Rhode Island. What a great place! The food was awesome and cooked to perfection. The waitress was friendly and attentive too. I had the scrod fish. I had never heard of it so I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed at all.

Great restaurant bar with excellent attentive service and really tasty food. Portions were generous and more than reasonable for a dinner with a little extra to take home. Good lighting, good atmosphere, good sound for carrying on convos. Excellent choices for adults, and all of the kids were happy with their orders. Honestly, no complaints.

Came here for my wife's birthday dinner, I have to say it was totally worth the trip and the dinner was amazing. A little confusing with the signage on the opposite side of the building, but we figured it out lol. Tuesday's are a must, the deal is 19 dollars for a salad, the special on the list of delicious choices and a dessert. Definitely a great deal and totally worth it. Me and the wife got the Sheppard's pie and my mom and sister got the seafood special, both were delicious. ?

We had a meal last week that was a great experience! The staff were so sweet and service was great. Was a nice trip to the other side of Positano and the shuttle made it so easy. Dessert was a highlight! The food was good too. Loved the wine that was recommended. Overall would recommend.

Our first visit here was a pleasant one, and we are certain to return in the future. We were seated upon arrival. Booths were available, however, we were seated at a high top, which was fine. My first course was the French onion soup, which was outstanding. We ordered scallop risotto and filet mignon as our main courses. Both meals were excellent. Additionally, we enjoyed the raspberry lemon cheesecake and the chocolate reeses peanut butter pie to go. The entire staff from servers to the hostess were so pleasant and very attentive. I would like to express my gratitude to our server who was exceptional. One disadvantage is that it is located on the second floor inside a plaza, which may make it difficult for some people to dine there. Even so, I would not give Ritrovo a rating less than five stars.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the meatball appetizer and the chicken parm dinner. The meatballs were quite good, as was the marinara. Nice and firm yet tender and moist. The chicken parm was also quite good. Two nice pieces of chicken nicely cooked. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.3.

Meh. Decent but not great.

Salad was served chilled which was nice. The steak was cooked perfectly but the dirty grill flavor was overwhelming. Up charge for substitution of jasmine rice over risotto is rather silly.

Chicken Piccata was served with a salad but no choice of pasta or starch. Just chicken on a plate with no other side. Odd.
