Our hotel suggested this place because it was open late. We had just finished with a concert, so it was almost midnight. I placed an order online for a pizza and bread, and the website provided a coupon code for $5 off, which was appreciated. I placed the order and waited in the hotel lobby.

This pizza did not arrive for another two and half hours. The website has no options to view an order status, nor do they message you to let you know that you haven't been forgotten. We called at the two hour mark, and whoever answered the phone sounded irritated as they told us that a delivery driver would call us soon and hung up. This was without asking for our order number or a phone number.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were probably swamped with late night orders and were having trouble keeping up, and I would have understood the wait if they had kept us updated. An order tracker or an estimated wait time during busy hours would have made a massive difference, so the longer we waited, we were concerned we wouldn't get our food.

The delivery driver left our pizza and cheesy bread with hotel staff. To their credit, the pizza itself was still warm and it tasted pretty good. I liked the cheese and it was sauced just right. The cheesy bread was good too, but we paid extra for a cup of parmesian garlic sauce that tasted like it had gone bad a week ago, so we had to throw that sauce out. All-in-all, it's probably fine when they're not busy, but I wouldn't order too late at night.

I ordered fettuccine for pick up. I have a feeling this place has orders coming in from UIC or something and has no business interacting w public orders. i was standing in line and no one was in front at the register. it was very unclear where to stand to order or to pick up. a man came in who was a delivery driver, and at that time a lady came out from back. she decided immediately she didn’t like where this guy was standing (he had no idea where to stand) and told him to get out of the place. it was very confusing. he was trying to pick up his order. she ordered him to leave. another woman came out from the back and she was really embarrassed and confused about working there. it felt like the lady was really angry about something but it was very unclear what her problem was. the driver was angry but he was keeping it together. the lady went in back and got a big guy who reluctantly came out. i felt like there was going to be some kind of bizarre violence. it was embarrassing for all. the food i ordered was awfully bland. i will not go back here. i felt so bad for everyone. wow

Our organization has been working with Rosati's for our entire 6 week summer learning program with 120 students and 20 staff members. Bobby, the manager, has been nothing short but excellent in communication, accommodations, and service. The food has always been perfect and the orders are always correct. We are very thankful for their continued service and support. We are excited to continue working with them throughout our school year as well.

My husband and I visited Chicago for our anniversary. We ordered a pizza at 11:49PM off their website. We called 30min later to ask a simple question about delivery to our hotel. There was not a delivery estimated time. The girl kept hanging up the phone. She cussed my husband out. She said they were busy there. Our pizza never showed up. They charged my card anyways. I would not recommend based on customer service.

No weird stories or drama here. Rosatis was one of the only pizza joints (or any joint for that matter) open Thursday night after hours. I ordered a pizza and wings and had it delivered to Hyatt Regency around 12:30am and both were excellent. Thank you!

I'm extremely disappointed. Ordered a 14" deep dish vegan, and my cousin got a 10"... I ordered vegan cause they come up as the first vegan option for vegan pizza in the city on Google. First time in Chicago, and unless they resolve this, I'm never going back to any of their establishments. $60 and we ended up throwing it away... The sauce tasted like mexican salsa, it was acid, or sour! mushrooms were old and already smelled fishy. The sautéed spinach was just spinach... my cousin's pie wasn't "vegan" and the sauce was juice... before she finished eating the first slice, the whole pie was extremely soggy, broken, and pretty much inedible. We were raised to not throw away food, but we had to make a sad exception this time. Nice place, bathroom seat was broken, and bathroom was kinda dirty. The lady who rang us up, was professional and courteous.
